Responsible for loading credit card terminals with necessary software, configurations, and updates before deployment to clients or installation at banks.

Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on terminals to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

Diagnose faults and malfunctions, and if necessary, send faulty terminals to the repair department for further assessment and repair.

Visit banks to perform PIN injection, ensuring that terminals are properly configured to accept PINs for secure transactions.Collaborate with bank personnel to ensure compliance with security standards and procedures during the PIN injection process.

Conduct thorough testing to verify that the terminals accurately process transactions and communicate effectively with the bank's systems.Troubleshoot any issues encountered during testing and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.

• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans
• Accountability of the daily collection from the Autopay's Machine and cashier booths
• To ensure traffic controllers are strategically positioned during peak exit and entry hours to quickly disperse any traffic congestion in the car park
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management
• Manage on event organization and festival such as New Year Countdown, Subaru Roadshow, Christmas Event, Food Festival.

• Run food from the kitchen to the banquet hall on demand
• Assist with food and table preparation before the event begins
• Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performance
• Serve plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers and other needs
• Communicate with banquet supervisor as well as other servers and event organizers
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
