*A Student Recruitment Manager’s responsibilities are included recruiting students to the local universities, recruiting new agents, maintaining existing agents’ relationship, constant meeting with the universities, reporting to the directors.  I dealt with difficult students and international officers tactfully and diplomatically.  Teamwork with other member of staffs was important.

*As an Assistant Manager, Marketing, we assist sales and marketing team to achieve outstanding sales performance by providing excellent customer service. Required to manage international customer accounts activities; handling customer enquiries and complaints; conduct sales, to ensure the quality of the product by doing internal inspection before delivery, to prepare and analyze the deliver servicer performance; dealing with supplier on packaging material artwork design, monitor team sales and performance. • To manage credit and payment issues.

Handle domestic and overseas sales, customer service for both existing and new customers, building good relationship and rapport with clients. We also aggressively market and promote product and services.
