  • To attend calls, emails, mobile messages via WhatsApp, SMS and others from Service Providers relating to operations.
  • Provide technical support to technicians and engineers to assist on the task from the system
  • Customer service regarding card capture, cash dispute issues, clearly explain technical information to users, both verbally and in writing etc.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze statistics data for schedule and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Manage Tickets: Log, track, and manage desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
  • Follow up on the appointment and FLM to ensure they don’t affect the downtime of the ATM
  • Effectively monitor the ATMs and escalate to the stakeholders on a timely basis to ensure high availability of ATM service including cash level by collaborating with Service Providers (First Line Maintenance Team, Network Providers, ATM vendors etc.) and internal resources according to the approved procedures and checklists.
  • Monitors daily computer operations with an eye towards unusual events, and notifies the appropriate parties according to the Incident Response Plan
  • To monitor device error messages (device errors, cash level, cassette faulty) using Euronet monitoring systems.
  • To ensure all daily reports, logs and checklists are filed accordingly.
  • Document Issues and Solutions: Maintain accurate records of user interactions, problems, and resolutions.
