Project Highlights:-

1) TNB AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Project:

• Obtaining PTW permit

• Sourcing & Managing Material for site

• Planning & Managing In-house & subcon teams.

• Liaising with consultant on foundation drawing according to specifications based on SI results.

• Commissioning of sites to NEMS using putty

• Installation of Gateway, EB, NANC, and Repeater for TNB

• Prepare BOQ and claims based on the site completion.

2) East Coast Railway Link:
• Lead the team in planning, scheduling and coordinating the related M&E works.
• Prepare and compile project related report and documents.
• Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and project specification requirements.
• Overseeing engineering deliverables and multi-disciplinary works to meet project quality requirements.
• Coordinate and interface works with other disciplines (civil WPC, system WPC) for the project related matters and requirements.

3) Fiber Infrastructure:
• Managing and planning various fiber implementation projects for TIME dotCom & TM (Telecom Malaysia).
• Supervising teams for HDD works, over head & under ground fiber pulling.
• Monitor civil works such as installation of concrete poles & installation of manhole.
• Verify & approve site packs.

4) Various Telecom Rollout Projects:
• Managing Drive Test teams & TI Teams in Malaysia
• Managing in-house & subcon teams for RAN TI & Microwave installation.
• Managing transport of materials to sites
• Obtaining Safety Yellow Certifications for Teams
• Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programme.
• Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis.

• To conduct GSM, UMTS, LTE & 5G Drive tests using Nemo Outdoor, Genex, X-Cal, WGN & PHU.
• Keep Monitoring of Inter, Intra, and IRAT relations and concepts of handover.
• Good Experience to perform Cluster Drive test & Single Site Verification Test for 2G, 3G, LTE & 5G sites.
• Perform Cluster drive on the pre-launch LTE sites, by verifying PCI’s, RSRP, followed by Intra-handover between the sectors and the IRAT test.
• Sectors swap analysis of each Enode B in the cluster by analyzing its cell name/PCI in the desired direction.
• Performing drive test for completely new technology VOLTE in Malaysia with P1.
• Working with various Telecom project for operators like Umobile, Digi, Celcom, Maxis & Webe.
• Monitor LTE data service, handoff between LTE and UMTS, upload/download activities, ping, short & long calls on multiple systems.
• Analyzing log files with the help of Nemo Analyzer to identity Interference, Call Drops, Handover failures and the potential causes.
• Responsible in providing Pre & Post drive plots for infill Coverage Sites to the Customer with the help of Drive test team.
• Analyzing the correct handover targets based on handover reports.
• Analyze PCI, RSRP, SINR, and Mobility for voice, UL, DL & Scanner for LTE SSV sites.
• Analyzing RF parameters like Cell identity, Power Settings etc, and making necessary changes to the Parameters if there are any discrepancies.
• Using drive test data find the swap, Interference in the sites during the optimization & resolve the swap, Missing neighbors, Soft Handover.

• Network related complaint technical support for prepaid and postpaid customer.
• Providing support for various Network MIS related activities.
• Preparing KPI dashboard for Top 60 Town ranking.
• Preparing NPAR report for core Network & to involve in various network quality amendment activities that requires analytical skills.
