  • Lead as the Sales Engineer for the northern region promoting Green technology Equipment. The green Technology products that we focused in are on energy efficiency namely Monitoring, Supply site optimization (Power Perfector) and also demand site optimization (variable speed Drive- VSD). The biggest project was to install VSD in 34 sites of Tesco Malaysia and also to install Power perfector in 2 sites of Tesco Malaysia. The northern site Tesco Projects were handled by me, working with our partners to install, test and commissioning of the equipments.
  • Manage local and international principal (UK and Australia).
  • To organize Seminars on our equipment to create an awareness on this Technology.
  • Conduct energy audits (post&pre Sales) on their facilities and recommend suitable energy saving devices.

  • Service Engineer for SMT FUJI machines.
  • Experience working with an international team to validate the performance of a new FUJI machine model based on cycle time. Also been to training in Japan for a month to learn on the latest machines and also the software used to operate this machines.
  • Have been involved in the layout, installation, commissioning and also NPI of many projects namely RIM (Research in Motion).
  • Also was the main person involved in the issues for these big customers. Worked alongside with Japanese resident engineers in solving many production and quality issues faced by customers.
  • Provide training to production/equipment Engineers and Technician on Fuji SMT machines.
  • Line layout, installation and commissioning of Fuji SMT machines (CP,IP,QP,NXT & XPF)
  • Server setup for SMT production line using SQL& Oracle depends on customer needs.
  • Maintenance and calibration based on production requirements.
  • Programming and fine tuning placement programs using FujiFlexa.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and breakdowns.
  • Standby and support customer 24 hours during important production model/NPI.
  • Support customer during New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Machine evaluation and improvisation.
  • Liaise with residents engineers (Japanese) and also with Factory (Japan) to solve issues.
  • Production report on cycle time, component rejects and PCB rejects.
  • Presentation to management on any major breakdown or issues. (Customer and principal)
