i) Manage the upgrade the automation line from Gen 2 to Gen 3 version.

ii) Manage to deliver to customer target of from 1.2M to1.5M per month, from Dec 2009 onward, by maintain the yield target of 97.7%.

iii) Six Sigma Green Belt Project - Yield Improvement Goal yield target of 98.0%, Base target of 97.49%, and improvement rate by 70% equal to 0.6% of entitlement target.

• Coordinate with production and quality team to achieve operation goals in term of yield, quality and cycle time to ensure timely delivery of high quality product to customer.
• Coordinate new equipment setup and release base to production criteria specification
• Manufacturing Improvement Project on cost reduction, process & quality improvements, and Environmental, Safety and Health, ESH based projects
• Co-ordinate internal and external audits by IBM, Sun, DELL, HP, Google, ISP9001 and ISO14001.
