The experience I am most proud of is this: early in my career, the management ability and attention to detail I demonstrated earned me the personal recognition of the founder of a Fortune 500 agribusiness in Australia. He personally selected me and entrusted me with the responsibility of managing a critical part of his vast assets—overseeing the complete lifecycle of over 570,000 poultry and a team of six people on a daily basis.
