  • Do monitoring, troubleshooting and escalation in minimum time and provide fast 1st update and information. Support OLNO (TM, Celcom, Maxis, Time, UMobile) Vendors from CTS, Socso, Edotco & others. Reporting all related issue daily basis via email, WhatsApp and skype as well.
  • Follow up cases everyday on pending issue till resolved.
  • Every week attend governance/OLNO meeting for IS issue.

  • Deploy and establish seamless 2G/3G/4G/VOLTE roaming services, ensuring integration with new partners, and seamless introduction of new services.
  • Oversee operation and maintenance of roaming services, conducting routine health checks, functional tests, and monitoring to sustain service quality and continuity.
  • Conduct and verify tests for roaming protocols (2G to 4G and IMS/VOLTE) and ensure smooth service establishment with engineering requests, and Roam partners.
  • Analyze revenue loss due to fraud, and prevent leakage through data audits and anti-steering measures.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, develop annual strategic plans for high-demand periods (e.g., Hajj and Ramadan), and facilitate network information exchanges among partners.
  • Troubleshoot SS7 signaling in MSC and Tandem (Ericsson, Siemens and Huawei).
