  • Responsible to carry-out Preventive and Corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, breakdown, shutdown and upgrades on instrumentation and controls (BPCS/IPS/FGS) in purpose to re-instate the system and to ensure continuous operations without interruption
  • Developed, implemented and reviewed the Permit To work, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) of each single task for efficient, safe and reliable plant operation
  • Collaborate with onshore rotating team with their PM especially on instrumentation and controls for Gas Turbine Generator(GTG) and High Pressure Compressor(HPC) GE LM2500+ consist of 8K PM
  • VSV, GMV, FMV replacement & Calibration
  • Including engine change out
  • Assist and Support FSE GE on PM and also Troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot Vibration Sensor for GTG,HPC & FGC (Bently Nevada)
  • Perform Troubleshoot/Servicing/Refurbish Shutdown Valve & Control Valve (Severn Glocon / Bettis and etc)
  • Perform tubing installation for instrument air flow for instrument facilities
  • Involved in Turnaround 2019 , Mini Turnaround 2020, Turnaround 2024 & Start-up.

  • Size of the pipe is 2" to 8" and the maximum pressure is 2250psi/155bar to be tested

  • Lokring installation on Pipe size 1" to 4" using Lokring coupling to connect joint pipe due to bad corrosion in between the pipe to avoid leak.

  • QC sampling - strengthen test of the cube cement sample with result 24hrs and one week.
