• Assist E&I Inspector to conduct Megger & continuity for electrical & instrument cable.
• Assist E&I Inspector to perform commissioning & calibrate Fire&Gas, Transmitters & Valves using Hard communicator & Fluke handpump.
• Assist Vendor(Emerson)to Conduct Loop Check from Field Devices to DCS.
• To conduct tubing leak test for new impulse line after tubing installation completed.

• Pulling cables and lay tubing for instrument eg. Pressure Transmitter, flow transmitter, shutdown, pressure and level control valve for candy line train A & B.
• To install device, Field JB, Glanding & termination for electrical & instrument cable.
• Assist E&I Inspector to conduct Megger & continuity for electrical & instrument cable, perform tubing leak test using instrument air supply, commissioning for condy line, calibrate transmitters & valve using hard communicator & fluke hand pump.
• Assist operation carry out routine maintenance when required.

• Perform routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair motorcycles.

• Test and inspect engines for malfunctioning parts
• Work on a variety of vehicles including mopeds dirt bikes scooters.

• Perform vehicle maintenance to Federal First Vehicle Services Standards.
• Follow work orders and complete test drive to ensure proper service.
• Replace spark plugs and lubricate parts.
• Reassemble and reinstall components and engines following repairs

Responsibilities:

• To relocate and re install support for lighting fixtures, junction box,cable tray and etc
• Pulling cable and lay tubing for instruments eg. Transmitter, valve.
• Loop check and troubleshooting for electrical and instrument devices
• Glanding & termination for e ectrical & instrument cable.
• Megger & continuity for electrical & instrument cable.
• Perform leak test for tubing line using hydraulic handpump.
• Carries out routine maintenance and testing activities.
• Fabricate,replace and reinstate Electrical and instrument Stands, Supports and plinth seating collapsible poles.
• Terminate wiring to equipment's and devices, connects cables and wires between motors and safety device,RCU,SDS and FGS.
• Assist in adhoc operation.

Responsibilities:

• Install support and cable ladder.
• Perform cable puling,glanding and termination.
• Perform installation of E&I equipment according to the specification and approved drawing.
• Reporting, updating and advise technical modifications for the efficiency of process and instrument performance.
• Loop check, continuity, and meggering on cables and functional test and stroke on SDV,MOV.
• Carry out testing and commissioning of lighting fixtures, switch gear, battery charger, UPS, battery bank and isolators, MOV, SDV, BDV, wellhead control panel & Navigation aids.
• Troubleshoot the lighting system.
• Assist Qc Inspector to Pre-comm and Commissioning wellhead control panel, fire & gas system
