Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and coordinate product research with scientist and across different functional team and prepare report to upper management.
• Develop formulation and production process for technically challenging product.
• Substantiation of evidence for technically challenging product and newly found nutritional ingredients.
• Provides manufacturing support and troubleshooting for existing formulation and process then prepare correction and prevention report.
• To qualify new and alternate supply of ingredients and packaging.
• Lead and supervise R&D personnel in new product development.
