- Worked as an intern for three months at Ingram micro office located at Petaling Jaya as IT backup engineer and support
- Solved issues in their laptops, decommed the unused laptop from companies domain, onboarding new joiners and joined their laptop in company domain
- Set up laptops and computers for the office staff
- Performed diagnostic tests on staff's laptops in order to solve issues
- Remotely accessed staff's computer or laptop if they were outstation or working from home to assist them in solving their laptop issues
- Set up meeting hall and provided technical and software support during the meeting
- Achieved successful project outcomes by maintaining accurate documentation and meeting strict deadlines.
