Over the past few years, I’ve successfully led cross-functional projects that modernized key business functions. From overhauling sales processes to accommodate new business models, to digitizing corporate training with an LMS and competency framework, and co-creating KPI-based appraisals with department heads — I’ve consistently driven changes that are practical, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
I enjoy working with different stakeholders, understanding their concerns, and designing solutions that not only fix problems but also create lasting improvements. I'm excited to explore new roles where I can contribute my skills in analysis, process improvement, and cross-department collaboration to make a bigger impact across the business.
