• Manage the entire relocation for each global assignee within the client's global assignment policy, being their single point of accountability and their advocate.
• Act as main point of contact for main Global Certified Providers.
• Input data into SIRVA's main database of information (ServiceEngine)
• Managing all assignment types on an ongoing basis.
• Manage Service Provider communication process.
• Processing of pass through invoices from vendors.
• Assisting with creating invoices for the client.
• Coordinate with all internal departments/functions to ensure successful assignee experience.
• Educate client HR contacts on minor relocation issues as related to the relocating family.
• Communicate with client HR regarding exception management specific to the assignee.
• Provide them transferee status updates
•Participate in client/vendor/prospect visits and presentations.
• Assist in maintaining a current inventory count and accurate usage reports of Medical supplies.
• Ensure all stock is appropriately labelled and tracked using the inventory management system
• Take regular physical stock inventories in the hospital supply area and throughout the Hospital Wards, Operating Room, Pharmacy, and dockside areas.
• Report any pertinent information related to job challenges, issues, or improvements to the Medical Inventory Controller.
• Keep equipment and stores areas clean and in good order.
• Demonstrate and promote a proactive commitment to health & safety, well-being and the environment.
