  • Empowered to manage AP accounts for the evaluation credit line and manage the accounts within a credit limit.
  • Review and approve the credit line with the simple evaluation for all the customers within the same day.
  • Submit the credit limit tracker for ASEAN accounts to the sales team on daily basis.
  • Work closely with ASEAN sales team on temporary limit require and submit to Credit team in China, Assign the credit log number for all request and submit the exception credit for COD customers to AP CFO and ensure orders to be release in SAP within the same day.
  • Collections for Singapore Business Partners: Most of the AR was collected within the same month and all disputes were resolved timely, thus achieving DSO target for Singapore.
  • For oversea accounts, payment mode is in Letter of Credit (LC). Therefore, in order to make sure customer pay promptly, need to make sure the LC is in place and prepared the documents (Invoice, Delivery Order and Packing List) to bank.
  • Dealing with distribution team to get a delivery order and match against with invoices. Pass the invoices with supporting document (Delivery Order) to leasing team to prepared leasing contract. Make sure customer signed the contract and return back to subsidiary company.
