As a former course leader, it is imperative that I solved problems, planned and made decisions for about 230 students. Failing to plan is planning to fail and we plan ahead to minimise 'hiccups' which we shall improvise if necessary. I am a team leader and a team player too, and am capable of adapting to various situations. I am gritty and I am proactive. I know that public speaking skills are skills that is great to hone and I have signed up for this program.
