- I plan and manage how the association's charity funds are given out to poor families and members in need across the Hulu Selangor district. I review applications for financial help to ensure the money goes to the right people.

- I lead and monitor all construction projects from the beginning until completion. I am responsible for planning project schedules, supervising on-site building progress, and making sure all construction works follow the original blueprint and design plans.
- I manage the purchasing of heavy construction materials, machinery, and tools. My duty is to negotiate prices with suppliers, check the quality of materials to meet industry standards, and arrange delivery schedules so that the construction site never runs out of stock.
- I am fully in charge of managing the financial budget for each project. I calculate cost estimations, track daily expenses for materials and labor, and find ways to reduce unnecessary costs so the project stays within the planned budget and remains profitable.
- I act as the main person to deal with external parties. I handle contract meetings with clients, work closely with local councils (PBT) and government officers to get building approvals, and ensure the company follows all local building laws and safety regulations.
