Duties and Responsibilities

☑ Manage UAT Plan and Test Script for any system enhancement on New Internet & Mobile Banking and BIMB Biz.

☑ Manage and Coordinate the UAT testing and UAT sign off with project team including with IT

☑ Manage UAT testing and sign off in respect of the program changes in development environment prior to production migration. The program changes include project, enhancement, and fixes.

☑ Ensure comprehensive/quality test result is conducted and achieved

a. Follow up on the progression of the development and SIT status

b. Identify the test requirements

c. Strategize and Prepare Test Plan

d. Request and prepare Test Data (with various products, deposits, investment, and cards)

e. Identify the test scenarios/conditions

f. Execute the testing according to Test Plan and Script

g. Raise UAT defect/problem log to ITD/vendor once detected during testing

h. Ensure UAT fixes tested and resolved

i. Verify the test result and reports

j. Prepare and submit testing documents for GL verification to to Finance as and when required.

k. Prepare UAT documentations for sign-off (test result and sign off documents)

l. Manage/Perform Post migration testing for verification (production environment)

Others

☑ To cooperate and support towards positive and high teamwork spirit.

☑ Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior from time to time

☑ To support CSR/Contact Center/Operation Team/ Business Analyst team on dispute if require for advice and expertise

☑ To comply, participate, testing in Disaster Recovery exercise for New Internet Banking & Mobile Banking, JomPAY, RPP and FPX B2C (as Buyer Bank)
