  • Manage the whole activities of payroll for 60 headcount including bonus & increments.
  • Handled end-to-end recruitment, including onboarding & offboarding.
  • Carried out yearly budgeting & forecasting HR operating cost
  • Play an integral role in the development and implementation of human resources policies
  • Manage and monitor performance evaluation cycle for probationary, mid-year & end-year review.
  • Resolves employee's grievance & disciplinary issues within the implemented timeline.
