Atheletic
Athletics is a sport which consists of many different sports. If you want to compete in athletics, it is possible. Athletics may also be just a hobby and you don’t have to compete at all. In athletics your fitness improves, you learn new things and of course you get new friends. In athletics, for example, you can run, throw the javelin, jump height, and pole and throw a discus. When it is summer, you practise it outside. Most compactions are during the summer because athletics is a summer thing.
I started to practise athletics when I was about eight years old. My first athletics club was SK DT(SEKOLAH RENDAH KEBANGSAAN DESA TASIK). I was in that club for about five years and then I changed club to SSNKL (SEKOLAH SUKAN NEGERI KL). In athletics, my favorites sport is javelin trow. I started to practise it in 2017 when i was thirteen years old. My best score with 400gr javelin is about 29.5m and now with 600gr javelin about 33m.
My second favorites sport is shot put. I have competed in it sometimes but I am not going to invest in it the same way as the javelin trow. My best score in shot put is with 2,5kg shot about 8m and now with 3kg shot about 10,5m.
Of course, athletics has good and bad things. Good things are for example, getting new friends, better fitness, learning new things and spending time in sports. Athletics has bad things too for example, training times, sometimes too harsh exercises and sometimes too simple exercises.
If a person wants to practice a sport, which is consists of many difference sports then athletics is good choice. It is a cheap hobby too. I recommend people to practise athletics and of course the club would be SSNKL. Remember, start to practice athletics, if versatility is your thing.
