Commercial: Drive the planning and execution of the commercial strategy and activity through supporting the Revenue & Distribution Management team, Sales, Catering and Events, Marketing, E-Commerce and Public Relations team through working effectively with area support teams.

Learning & Development: Identify high-potential employees and create paths for their career advancement. Work closely with leaders of individual hotel or resort to understand their training needs, tailor programs accordingly, and ensure cohesive talent development efforts across the organization.

Managing the Sales & Marketing Department consisting of Room Sales, Banquet Sales, Marketing Communications & PR and Reservations.

Leading the Corporate and MICE segment, area of sales coverage includes Kuala Lumpur, West Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore.

Offline and based in Kuala Lumpur covering Corporate segment. Area of sales coverage includes Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Perak, Penang, Terengganu, Kelantan and Kedah. Working closely with other Pan Pacific Hotels in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Glenmarie, KLIA and Pangkor)
