yearly sales targets, ensuring increased participation

in PTPTN products.

• Customer Service and Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions

and assistance throughout the loan or savings

application process.

• Building Customer Relationships:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with

both existing and new customers, ensuring

customer satisfaction and customer retention.

• Collaboration with Teams:
  - Collaborate with the marketing and other

relevant departments to plan and execute

effective marketing campaigns and promotions.
