• Ensuring capacity monitoring for all international carrier routes according to dimensioning criteria set by the team.
• Ensure that the implementation of the capacity expansion, routing re-engineering, data link re-engineering, database keeping, Work Order issuance and the implementation of the issued WO be managed at the highest standard set by the team leader.
• Carry out network capacity monitoring, trigger and initiate plan with quality design and processes to ensure quality impact control to network, services or business, ability to contribute as one of the experts or as driver in the group formed during troubleshooting.
• Collaborate, coordinate and plan voice migration with ~70 multiple telecommunications carrier worldwide
• Drive troubleshooting and operational issue for SIP and TDM connectivity
