- I was trained to manage and update the company's customer database using the Pipedrive CRM system to ensure that sales and customer interaction records were always accurate and up-to-date. In addition, I was trained and assigned to produce performance reports and customer status updates using Pipedrive to support marketing and sales activities. I also managed approximately 20 incoming calls per day from customers. I also worked with the team on internal projects by testing the company's website functionality to ensure that performance, usability, and browser compatibility were at optimal levels. At the same time, provided feedback to the development team for improvements to the website's design and functionality.
