  • Prepare and generate petrol invoices on a monthly basis for internal record-keeping or billing purposes, Coordinate with the Finance or Procurement department to ensure timely processing and payment.
  • Prepare shipping quotations by monthly to state the delivery charges for vehicles to Sabah and Sarawak, Shipping quotations applies to new vehicle deliveries only. Locations are limited to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and Kuching, Sarawak.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (physical or digital) for all petrol-related invoices and supporting documents.
  • Provide information to a user regarding vehicle details such as the vehicle registration card, road tax information, and lease expiry date.
