  • Coordinate and update metadata for the National Summary Data Page in the Bank website as and when data is due to release according to the Advance Release Calendar (ARC) planned earlier for the IMF and BIS and coordinate quarterly IMF’s SDDS metadata certification with relevant government agencies and other departments in the Bank;
  • Coordinate and liaise with the current owners of external and internal data and to ensure that the data received is uploaded promptly into the Financial and Economic Management System (FEMS) for user department in the Bank;
  • Administer and enhance the data structure of FEMS to ensure consistency, quality and integrity of the microeconomic data and to minimize data redundancy;
  • Liaise and discuss with the system development unit and with JIT support staff on the feedback received from the users on how to improve and enhance the FEMS;
  • Provide training to the users in using the tool adopted for the FEMS - TM1 and related aspects of MS Excel;
  • Troubleshoot and provide end-user support to the FEMS;
  • Supervise the works done by the executive officers assigned;
  • Handle any other work assigned by the supervisors from time to time.

  • Pioneering on developing questionnaires and survey template format for Financial Services sector
