To ensure that investment-operations processes run smoothly, improve processes and procedures, implement best practices, and help organizational processes remain legally compliant,.

• Assist in ensuring smooth operation of daily trade processing, settlements, and monitoring of corporate actions, stock holding reconciliation, and portfolio valuation.
• Perform daily reconciliations of Treasury, fixed-income securities, forward foreign exchange, derivatives, and corporate loans.
• Accountability for checking margin calls and interest earned on margin calls between the company and its counterparties.
• Participate and be involved in system enhancements and UAT testing to prevent manual intervention and improve manual intervention to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in reviewing department policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Perform daily cash flow for local & foreign currencies.
• Perform Daily Substantial Shareholding for reporting to OCBC Singapore of Great Eastern’s shareholding in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Proceed with reconciliation for foreign billing and ensure payment by the end of the following month.
• To handle capital calls, equalizations, returns of capital, and valuations for private equity funds.
• To perform post-journal entries for private REITS.

• Manage daily clients trade prepared by the fund manager through contract note received from broker.
• Proceed with the closure of client trust account and closure of CDS bank account.
• Proceed with the internal/external transfer of clients shares to the assigned broker.
• Prepare letter to client to verify clients close account or share transfer.
• Proceed registration for Annual General Meeting (AGM) as per clients request through Fund Manager or customer service.
• Proceed for Money Market Fund, Islamic Cash Fund and daily placement.
• Prepare for monthly income distributions & tax invoices.

• Support the daily operations of remittances.
• Responsible for performing the instructions of Rentas, IBG, or Swift Payment Message.
• Analyze customer transaction patterns and report them to the immediate supervisor.
• Report funding requirements for nostro/bank accounts to the immediate supervisor as assigned by the company.
• Prepare and post accounting vouchers.
