- Responsible in doing daily internal billing and processing new order from sales team from Malaysia and Singapore.
- Maintaining data in Dropbox to ensure up-to-date data of sales order from customers for sales team easy to refer any information that are needed.
- Doing filing for documents from sales team and shipping team for easy retrieval.
- Updating vendor price list to ensure sales team is updated with latest price from vendors.
- Helping Purchasing team to get quotation from supplier.
- Attending incoming calls.
- Handling driver when they come to collect stock to ensure the correct stock being transfer.
- Used Microsoft Word and other software tools to create documents and other communications.
- Increased customer satisfaction by resolving order issues.
