• Perform basic functional role including preparing test data for Material Management(MM) module, conduct Quality, Unit and UAT testing during project deployment
• Preparing Ramp Up Report during hypercare for MM module to Stakeholders upon Post Go-Live for system stability tracking
• Preparing test case using SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
• Appointed as Hypercare Coordinator by organizing daily stand up within stream, provide updates and escalation of incidents in Control Room
• Manage internal ticket assignment within stream and coordinate with Deployment Team if require ticket escalation to other groups (Roche/related parties) via Service Now web application.

CLIENT NAME : Petronas MISC Sdn Bhd (Shipping Industry)

• Perform basic functional role including data cleansing and transformation on Open PO Data Migration, Service Material, Open purchasing contract using Microsoft Excel and Access
• Prepared Data Functional Specification(DCFS) for Service Material and Open Contract and performed data using Migration Cockpit via S/4HANA Fiori
• Develop queries in SQVI and SQ01 for Open PO Validation activity
• Worked closely with multiple stakeholders(MISC Business Unit) to ensure data aligned between project team & users
• Prepare MM Test Data, Scripts and handle UAT with key stakeholders
• Log and keep track the defect list.

• Provide 2nd Level Application support to Group Procurement, Vendor under SMART by GEP - Digitalize Platform for Procurement Activities involving in Procure-To-Pay and Sourcing to Contract (S2C) Modules.
• Worked closely with multiple stakeholders (Group Procurement & Vendors to deliver SAP Solution/Support in Procure-To-Pay and S2C (Sourcing to Contract) Modules
• Perform monthly system reporting (S2C Module) & present to Stakeholders
• Perform system testing(UAT, SIT involve integration between SMART by GEP and SAP ECC6.
• Conduct internal user training on system functionality.
