- Provide trace and CDR for RP and 2nd level from DNA and NEXUS tools
- Do analysis for customer complaint for IDD/roaming/CS/VAS/PS
- Audit RP Sims card for call/SMS/data/browsing
- Support fraud team for analysis, troubleshoot and escalation trouble ticket
- Monitored all sites status for 2G, 3G & 4G Services for client's (DIGI MALAYSIA) all around Malaysia
