  • Keep track of employees' daily whereabouts and company's leave records
  • Prepare custody letter to personnel for use of corporate property
  • Assist in preparing asset register for purchase of company assets
  • Prepare monthly bills for different vendors for payment purpose and prepare Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) whenever required
  • Responsible for whole recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and managing recruitment progress
  • Maintain proper records of all personnel, both in system and in hard copy

  • Observe probationary review due for staff, send out appraisal email and ensure it is complete within time frame
