During my 8 years at PRPC, i am grateful for the opportunity to be among the pioneer team in HSSE PRPC which enabled me to explore and learn on HSE Project Management, Contractor HSE Management, HSE Risk Management, HSE Communication/Awareness Program and HSE Performance & Management during Turn Around Activity.
On technical side of experience, i have 9 years' experience in Environmental Management and Engineering which is my core since degree level. My experience for PETRONAS in Environmental Management started when i worked in Technip as Environmental Engineer for EPCM and FEED phases. I am very keen to work on Environment Engineering too if i am given a chance.

During three years in HSE Operation team for PRPC, i am overseeing PRPC Park Operation and Management for HSE Performance Planning and Reporting. My scope of work expanded since Nov 2022 where i am covering PRPC UF for overall HSE Performance, Tracking and Monitoring. This new scope of coverage doesn't stop me to still contribute my expertise and knowledge in driving HSE Strategy and Planning.
I have the privileged to be entrusted by the team to lead HSE visual management for PRPC park and PRPC UF inside battery limit. I have led several HSE program for Pengerang Integrated Complex(PIC) park in collaboration with PIC tenants.
A strong connection and network with HSE fraternities in PIC enabled me to work and deliver HSE related matters and issue effectively.
Others experience gained during this period are HSE turn around activities, HSE Risk Profiling & Key Risk Indicator Tracking, HSE Change Management and HSE Digital Program.
Managing environmental management for PRPC projects that include commissioning and Ready for Start Up(RFSU). This phase required intensive inspection for permanent air pollutant control for refinery and petrochemical project and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) related to environmental compliance and regulation.
Consolidate, review and validate Environmental Monitoring Report prepared by Environmental Consultant which submitted to DOE as per Environment Management Plan.
Coordinate environmental third party audit by DOE registered EIA consultant.
Develop HSE Plan and Security Management Plan which both document being presented to PRPC Board as Pengerang Integrated Complex is in progress for land clearing and earthwork back in July 2015.
Establish and aligning HSE Performance reporting across at 44 EPCC contractor in Pengerang Integrated Complex(PIC).
Coordinate and organized HSE Management Workshop for project management team involved in PIC project which comprising of refinery, petrochemical, site management, utility & interconnecting, infrastructure & offsite.
Secretariat for HSE Committee Meeting at PRPC level in complying with DOSH requirement.
HSE risk focal for PRPC and regularly update key risk indicator and risk mitigations to Risk Management Committee of PRPC.
Environmental Specialist for Environment Design and Management for EPCC and FEED project in Technip Geoproduction(M) Sdn Bhd including Environmental Health and Design Basis, Environmental Monitoring Specification, Environmental Hazard Identification, Leak Detection and Action Repair Program (LDAR), Scope of Work for Continuous Emission and Monitoring System(CEMS).
Expedite and drive third party study including GHG Program and Study, Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) and Environmental Management Plan(EMP).
Project involved are PETRONAS Floating Natural Gas (PFLNG), SK316, Sepat Gas Development, TOTAL Maharajalela LS.
Also assisted Noise Engineer in Noise Engineering Study and Noise Isolation Program.
Establishment of Environmental Consultancy services for major project in Malaysia and Brunei. Environmental consultancy experience referred to Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Audit Program, Environmental Monitoring as well as Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan.
