  • Analyst of Access Management team for IT Security department in Maybank Shared Services.
  • Primary objective are to support ID management/access provisioning for Maybank users worldwide in granting and revoking user accounts and access privileges as well as perform any adhoc/audit matter related to ID management/user access.

  • Initiate and involve in user ID and access provisioning cleanup every quarter to ensure the user accounts and access privileges complied with the IT Security SOP.

  • Maintain and update relevant system and process documentation and develop ad-hoc documentation whenever required.
  • Created powershell & database script to assist BAU adhoc tasks, extraction and ID cleanup for Access Management team.
