• Attend required kick-off meetings and assign quote numbers.
• Meet and communicate with Quote Project Manager (QPM) to analyze BOMs and formulate questions regarding ambiguities, inconsistencies with the customer documentation (including missing documents)
• Analyze and structurized BOMs :

-Parts need to quote/no need to quote based on special requirements given by customers.

-UOM conversions

-Decision making in which parts are considered purchased individually or bought ready assembled/Manufactured (BOMs levelling).

• Enter the customer BOMs, Datas and Drawings into the cost estimating system (e.g .QuoteWin)
• Prioritize multiple tasks (localizations, Documentation-Open Issue List,suppliers updates,Target-price updates,volumes updates), meet deadlines and communicates shortcomings to management.
• Work with component Analyst to have manufacturer information confirmed and commodity codes assigned and clarification of manufacturer component information.

• Prepare tender submission, contract documents including Bills Of Quantity, Technical Data, O&M Manual for architect, main contractor, or/and client
• Responsible in costing analysis for project work
• Check/Study of M&E drawing & Prepare Bill Of Material (BOM)
• Request & Analyze quotations concerning items that meet company specs and check for reasonable price on such items.

• Participate in line setup, technician training plan, product validation and verification
• Monitor technician training progress
• Operate Laser Welding, Brazing machine and Spotweld machine
• Training with HQ Trainer
• Lead the a team of technicians for Sub-Assembly (Segment & Staycoil Section.)
• Maintains equipment, tools and jigs in good condition.

• Maintaining the DUT (Device Under Test) and Slot
• Troubleshoot the problems occur for Burn-In Machine
• Swap the BIB (Burn-In-Board), send the BIB to repair
• Teaching or Fine Tune the position of movement of robotic arms
• Troubleshoot the chiller.

• Plan the flow of production from customers' orders, supplier, production (manufacture), Stock (material)
• Make schedules for the planning
• Do Planning for production based on orders taken from marketing department
• Order the materials from suppliers for production and plan the materials weekly for shift assigned.
