- Preparing production plan based on customer order and demand

- Performed cross check on material issuing vs consumption

- 4) Shipment:
- Prepared monthly shipment plan to the team
- Prepared weekly shipment details to shipping
- Provided sales support to sales & marketing by providing monthly sales report
- 5) Production Monitoring:
- Directs and supervises all manufacturing departmental leaders by direct person-to-person instruction or internal meeting to assure correct, accurate, and timely execution of work orders and directions of the Operation Director
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems and updating results to respective owner
- Ensures the achievement of standard number of manpower, production schedules, and timely deliveries on all production items in order to achieve the commitments
- Liaise with the project, tooling and QA team to make sure that production running smoothly and any issue to be attended soonest possible
