Nov 23 - currently, Ragawang corporation Sdn Bhd, F&B building for Tentuan Kwasa. The project consists of 3 storeys building and 1 coffee shop including landscape and connection work to existing building.
May 18 - Jan 22, Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd, Faculty building for UTP. The buildings constructed completed with interior design, laboratory and technology enhance active learning (TEAL) system. The canopy roof was made of steel with curves shape connected to existing building. The building was scored 84% qlassic assessment by CIDB.
April 15 - April 18, UM Land Builders Sdn Bhd, Mixed Development Project, Tower 1 consist of 342 units service apartment. Tower 2 consist of 242 units hotel rooms come with swimming pool halls and executive lounge which completed with interior design.
