Improving Accuracy of Casemix Data Documentation | 2019
Oral presentation at Quality Assurance Project, Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Melaka. Won 3rd place.
An audit found documentation shortcomings causing data inaccuracies and misrepresentation of hospital healthcare burden. The study enhanced data documentation with a simplified ICD10 booklet, offering practical tools for elevating casemix data documentation standards.
