1. Leading the Quality Team in the high pressure Hydraulic & Industrial hose plant. Coordinate the flow of information between Quality and Production, which is based on a 3 Tier Meeting model of information escalating/cascading (TPS).

2. Ownership of Issuing, Maintaining and Managing the Product Technical Specifications.

3. Conduct QMS review of quality management system documentation, maintain documentation system(s), and support process development and standardization.

4. Decision making on immediate evaluation, segregation and eventual rework of Internal defects. Support process department by ensuring risk assessment and action plan is being identified and executed.

5. Ownership of key reporting activities such as the Log of Internal/External/Supplier Defect, Monthly KPIs Report, Monthly Manufacturing Review, Top Management Review.

6. Conducting and reporting on Problem Solving Activity: 4W1H, Ishikawa diagram, 5WHYs, Root Cause analysis, Evaluation of Countermeasures.

7. Lead and participate in improvements to the Management System to eliminate waste, increase throughput, reduce cost, and improve quality.

8. Managing the plant Quality documentation: SWES/SOP, Flow Charts, FMEA, Control Plan, Risk Matrix, PDCA, Skill Matrix, SWOT, Context & Interested Parties Analysis, Turtle diagram, RACI Matrix.

9. Issuing Certificate of Conformity, following UNI EN 10204:2005.
