- Review requisition and MRP output
- Orders , reschedules, and cancel material based on requisition and MRP output.
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials to support operational efficiency.
- Hand over any arrangement for delivery material to avoid any line down at production.
- Ensure prompt feedback on production requirement.
- Ensure optimum inventory level including raw material.
- Triggering PO to be issued at the right quantity , ETA, and location.
- Coordinator with IQC and supplier if got issue regarding quality ( either the material need to be replace or return)
- Provide a monthly forecast to the supplier to ensure they purchase the raw material and avoid material shortage occur.
- Responsible for provide statement of account to supplier and ensure its tally with PSNM account.
- Be a leader to supplier evaluation every month.
- Handover any document such as BOM and TSP.
- To negotiate with supplier about price , MOQ ,MDQ , quality and others hoc.
- Coordinate with planner to swap model or reduce quantity if there is any issue with supplier, such as tooling or machine breakdown , and ask supplier to provide schedule arrangement.
- Ensure supplier provide invoice within 3 days after delivery, and ensure the total amount is tally with PSNM.
- Study tooling capacity , material , delivery planning and daily output if there is high demand from customer.
- Study simulation and delivery planning for supplier.
- Control the inventory of material by arranging delivery for quantity needed by production.
- Negotiate with the supplier for a new model.
