  • Compile all the site visit report done by Engineer and built good repo via communication and relationship with customer Person In Charge (PIC) whenever needed.

  • To ensure all engineer is performing their routine on inspection, calibration and maintenance of equipment, on a periodic basis or as and when required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaint related with installation, wiring, piping, equipment, and operation at site.
  • Prepare required item tabulated in Health Safety & Environment Plan (HSE Plan) if customer request.
  • Update record of delivery, delivery performance in term of HSE compliance, equipment service record and other related record which required in HSE Plan on periodic basis as per stated in HSE Plan and send the update to customer.
  • Obtain approval for Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and SOP on installation and operation of the job at customer site prior starting on site work.
  • Adhere to and practice company safety policies within company premises.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.
