• Prepare and provide infographic contents for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube)
• Create and manage product SKUs & handle inquiries from requestors
• Data collection for the transition of CAPSUL migration plan
• Assist in troubleshooting, standardization, or functionality of the CAPSUL system
• Prepare for the new product classification
• Develop Industry & Foodservice brochure for the company
• Prepare Food Concept and USP via presentation slide
• Provide technical support to internal (sales and operation team) and external stakeholders.
• Answer scientific and nutrition-related enquiries from customers or questioners
• Maintain and update internal technical and scientific databases for company
