- Support payroll continuity by acting as a backup reviewer for other senior specialists, ensuring timely and accurate payroll report validation when team members are unavailable
- Responsible for presenting monthly error analysis to management, identifying recurring issues in junior staff payroll processing and recommending key actions to prevent future mistakes
