 One of the reasons why I like playing with Lego is because Lego is so good for the brain that it builds concentration span. The more I immersed and “lost” in an activity, the more my ability to focus will be develops. Legos also help me to understand how everything makes up from the basics and progresses over a period. This will be very important to apply in my life because I need to always embrace in what everything happened in my life and always be patient whenever I want to achieve some goals. Everything has a process. "Trust the process".

Every month, I'm always buy my lego to increase my lego collection. Legos also help me in hand-eye coordination required for this creative pursuit helps to  induce the brain into a meditative state, reducing uncontrollable  thinking, which can help to decrease anxiety. This will be my best time to relax our mind and take a break from my stressing life.
