Managed the Airbus A320/A330 BNPS BRKT machined parts program for the serial production of the project. Client is Collin Aerospace (Formerly known as UTC Aerospace System).
Develop project plans, schedules for Airbus A330 BNPS program delivery with customer, inter department and suggest appropriate adjustment on the plan in ensuring adherence to the project plan and schedule.
Managed the First Article Development for the awarded Special Seating Interior package with client Collins Aerospace. The FAI program involved from ensuring engineering development of the machined parts, technical and quality compliance as per customer specifications called out all requirements from machining, special process, and assembly requirements for the program as well as success delivery of the program.
During FAI development, I ensure compliance of technical and quality assurance for work transfer among subcontractors – including FAI, approval, qualification of the raw material supplied as well as qualification of the special process of the products at new subcontracting work.
Liaise with client in developing the inventory transition plan to ensure continued supply of products for customers during transition. As such, considering my role at supplier’s side (supply chain for client) – my role was developing the buffer stock plan during the FAI development stage where we have additional quantity to ensure serial production would not be a concern once FAI is approved.

During this work transition, successfully overcame numerous engineering changes due to client’s engineering changes as well as due to internal organization’s change request due to raw material type availability in delivering the project within set timeline. The FAI development phase is done for machined and assembly parts of more than 50-part numbers with major portion of the machined parts are titanium, followed by Stainless Steel and Aluminium parts. Overall delivery time managed on the work transfer is about 18 months period.
After the Airbus A350 Fan Cowl FAI program – I was entrusted by the organization to head the Collins’s GTF Bombardier C Series and MRJ Fan Cowl Project including going to Chula Vista, US for contract negotiations, project plan and schedule development, performing risk and gaps analysis and provide and monitor all action plan for all risks and gaps identified - as well as successfully completing the project within agreed time frames.
For the A350 Fan Cowl and GTF Bombardier C Series and MRJ Fan Cowl development project, the responsibility is also to ensure technical and quality compliance as per customer specifications called out all requirements from machining, special process, and assembly requirements for the program as well as success delivery of the program.
Review with client on segregated supply between incumbent’s supply and come up with the first production delivery plan before the end of the FAI development program for A350 Fan Cowl and GTF Bombardier C Series and MRJ Fan Cowl program.
Develop and review the capacity plan for the organization to ensure that the organization has sufficient capacity to meet up with the program’s requirement of A350 Fan Cowl Project and, Bombardier C Series MRJ Fan Cowl program.

This is to develop the overall work transition plan that covers the overall inventory down to every stage of supply chain including ingot material supplier.
