The Proposed Construction and Completion of 113 Units of Double-Storey Terrace Houses. (SP Setia Project)

• To maintain documentation records concerning safety and health matters of the project.
• To coordinate all the safety and health activities on the project site.
• To conduct inspections and audits as required to maintain safety and health at the workplace.
• To revise the HSE objective to ensure that we meet the target as planned.
• To conduct the HSE Committee meeting with the subcontractor and the internal Project Team.
• Liaison with subcontractors on all safety and health matters.
• To organize and conduct training regarding safety and health for all workers.
• To conduct and lead the Weekly Safety Toolbox with all workers.
• To advise the employer on relevant legal matters and regulations with the respective authorities, DOSH, DOE, CIBD, and MPKj.
• Prepare and verify all HSE-related reports to be submitted to the relevant authorities.
• To ensure the Centralized Labour Quarters facility for workers is in good condition.
• To maintain scheduled waste management as per DOE requirements.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior, and/or the management.

Operation and Fabrication: Boiler, Tube, Pressure Vessel (Manufacturing)

• Ensure the company complies with relevant provisions, namely OSHA, FMA, EQA, and the Fire Services Act.
• Ensure a safe, secure, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace as far as practicable.
• Review and improve current HSSE performance.
• Plan and set targets for improving HSSE performance of the company.
• Secretary of the company’s HSE Committee.
• Revise and update HSSE documents as required.
• Supervise site works (HSE matters).
• Prepare and review JSA/HIRARC.
• Prepare HSE Plan.
• Performing internal training and safety induction.
• Arrange training outsourced from the trainer provider every year, as planned.
• Conducting HSE Toolbox Talks on a weekly basis.
• Conduct the "HSE Moment" presentation during the official meeting with the client.
• Liaise with the authority for any safety and health issues.
• Arrange scheduled waste at the workshop, and report on the ESWIS website as required by the DOE.
• Other HSSE duties that are delegated from time to time.

• Tube Replacement for M4 Boiler Maintenance & IR3Z Sootblower Wallbox Replacement Work at TNB Janamanjung, Seri Manjung, Perak, Malaysia. (June 2020)
• Superheater Tube Bundle Replacement for RESET MRCSB PETRONAS, Melaka (November 2022- June 2023)

The Proposed Construction and Completion of 360-unit Condominium (5 blocks) and Condo Villa (2 blocks).

• Toolbox briefing with the worker every week.
• Do an inspection on safety, health, and environmental aspects at the site.
• Updating the daily Permit to Work every day to ensure sufficient work on safety and health at the site.
• Do an inspection on machinery use at the site once a month using system tagging.
• Arrange for workers to install and dismantle guardrails and lifelines at the site.
• Attend the monthly meeting, and act as Assistant Secretary in the Safety Committee meeting.
• Monitor and conduct housekeeping at the site.
• Prepare and provide Personal Protective Equipment for the worker.
• Updating the CIDB card of the worker and the security pass to control worker access in and out of the site.
• Close NCR, memo from the client and consultant regarding safety, health, and environmental issues at the site.
• Monitor the welfare of workers, especially foreign workers.

• Training in-house to maintain knowledge workers' focus on safety, health, and the environment.
• Do an inspection on safety, health, and environmental aspects at the site.
• Attend the monthly meeting and the safety committee meeting.
• Prepare a minute for the safety committee meeting.
• Conduct an induction for new workers.
• Monitor traffic management as a site.
• Act as the Environment Supervisor/Advisor.
