Data Control and Documentation
- Maintaining new staff employment records nationwide.
- Administration of all contract labour.
-Ensure all the application form must be approved and complete all the relevant documents prior preparing the offer letter.
-Preparing all employment related letter such as offer letter and confirmation.
- Update all new joiners’ details into HRIS systems
- Liaise with payroll on any related payroll issue for staff nationwide.
- Open file for the new employees and listing to be documented into the filling room system.
- Key in the transfer staff information into the system.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters, documents, certificates as per requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Preparing the manpower report for leavers & joiners for Recruitment Manager & Asst Recruitment Manager’s review
- Ensuring the statutory compliances for all HR related matters and record information on a timely basis.
- Ensure all the personal file is complete with all relevant documents before it go into the filling room.
- Assist in the filling room.
Customer Service
- Attend call for staff confirmation
- Update the staff EPF account number into the system
- Specific job content may cover such activities of to update the staff transfer and opening file for the new employees
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to work as well as teams’ activities, document in a concise manner
- Able to present solution in written and oral reports
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess an excellent spoken and written English with high initiatives and positive attitude
- Pleasant attitude and personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Basic knowledge in Malaysia Labour & Industrial Law prevailing HR practices and Legislation
