Chemical Engineering Intern supporting 9+ test methods per project cycle in effluent treatment, R&D physical testing, and chemical inventory control for 5–10 effluent batches per week in a textile processing plant, while seeking experience in process optimization of mass transfer and separation units and increasing knowledge in quality assurance of products from downstream processes. Applies COD, BOD, TSS, and pH monitoring, jar testing, and root cause analysis to improve discharge compliance and reduce fabric defects. Strengthens operating procedures by documenting chemical recipes, safety controls, and process findings.
