-Monitor Learning & development program/training sufficient for regional staff
-Verify monthly staff claim's transaction (OT/Stayback/Allowance)
-Person in Charge for Industry Relation / discipline issue
-Compensation & benefits (staff medical issue, insurance, Socso etc)
-Responsible for standardization for Regional Filling system.
- Ensure all staff adhere to the company's HR procedures/policy and regulations.
-Ensure HRBP unit's team adhere to ISO policy and regulation (ISO 9001,ISO 14001, ISO22301,ISO 45001,ISO 55001,ISO 27001 etc).
-Coordinate staff engagement activities and program.
-Resolved conflicts and negotiated with staff regarding to HR issue.
