• Plan, manage & execute the PQP for the M&E services based on Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (PCC) requirement
• Prepare QAQC related deliverables i.e. drawing, material, WMS etc. submission, approval and acceptance on site
• Prepare, inspect, report and update QAQC related work at site based on approved ITP
• Monitor and control the testing & commissioning process as per approved ITP and WMS
• In-charge for defect clearance and final documentation preparation and submission

RAPID Project (Package 14-1701)

• Plan, manage & execute the M&E work schedule based on Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) requirement
• Monitor, quality check (QA/QC) and update overall work progress i.e. construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as per method of statement approved
• Provide data and justify all M&E related additional work (variation order)
• Manage and update all Permitting compliance work i.e. BOMBA, Authority Endorsement and Submission
• Coordinator for Defect Liability Period (DLP) and lead the final documentation team
• Assisting management level for overall project team development, progress and work completion (technical & administration) for both M&E and Civil, Structural and Architecture work.

RAPID Project (Package 14-1701) – Engineering Office Brickfield

• Check and ensuring the quality of engineering submission by M&E Consultant is according to project specification and meet the project requirement
• Monitor and update the engineering submission to Client

Pusat Pentadbiran Negeri Sabah (PPNS) Project

• Plan and manage all M&E work at site
• Monitor and ensuring the quality (QA/QC) of all M&E sub-contractors work according to project specification & engineering design
• Coordinate all services i.e. Electrical (High voltage, Low voltage and Extra Low Voltage); Mechanical (Lift, Escalator, Gondola, Fire Alarm System, ACMV, Cold Water & Sanitary Plumbing) including checking and preparing the Operation & Maintenance Manual and services & maintenance for Defect Liability Period (DLP).
• Assisting in all GBI related work i.e. GBI Test and Report

KLIA2 Project and Puri Tower – Condominium Unit

• Plan and manage all M&E work at site
• Monitor and ensuring the quality (QA/QC) of all M&E sub-contractors work according to project specification & engineering design
