I’ve been promoted to various position within the same department in a very short year gap. I am handling Client Lifecycle Management as early as to on board the client, maintained the static data of the client until to offboarded the client. I am well familiar with eCDD and others critical TP systems such as core banking, trade product as well as financial market facilities. I involved in many migrations projects and always be the core person/center of reference for a system called SINGLE CUSTOMER IDENTIFIER which is a golden system for the department. I’ve experienced 2 weeks of outstation to Karachi, Pakistan to conduct on BCP plan for inter-hub and it was a success during the time.
